6. Refund if Item is Damaged
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Take Photos: Please take clear pictures of the damaged product.

We will offer a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.

8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order through our website. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.
